3. Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email to monitor your package in real-time.

Returns Policy

1. Research Materials Notice: Due to the nature of our products (laboratory and research peptides), opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned to maintain strict quality control and laboratory safety standards.

2. Eligible Returns: We only accept returns for items that are:

Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition.
Reported within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds & Replacements

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of package delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

2. Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Payout Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where EpicVial sent a wrong or damaged item.
